The process of city-building is a long one, engaging designers, politicians, city staff, and the public in many rounds of decision-making. Brook McIlroy played a critical role in this process for the City of Hamilton with its Master Plan design for Pier 8, creating the bones for this landscape architecture competition for Promenade Park.
