Ontario Wood Design Innovation Award for Mixed-Use Mass Timber and Heritage Restoration at Yonge and Charles

The Mixed-Use Mass Timber and Heritage Restoration at Yonge and Charles has just been awarded an Innovation Award from Ontario Wood Works. It was highlighted as “a stunning example of what modern timber building technology can offer”. The project was the first mass timber building in the City of Toronto. The retail portion of the building is accessible from 8am – midnight daily and is located steps away from the Yonge & Bloor subway station in downtown Toronto.
