Ranee Leung is an Urban Designer with experience in the fields of architecture, urbanism, and landscape architecture. This multidisciplinary design experience has informed her work on complex, strategic plans at many scales in Canada, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Her professional experience includes public space and landscape plans, residential expansions and redevelopments, regional plans, climate adaptive developments, mixed-use developments, urban design guidelines, and university campus planning.
Ranee has a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Carleton University and a Master of Science in Architecture, Urbanism, and Building Sciences from Delft University of Technology. She worked as a researcher for Delft’s Faculty of Urbanism, where she focused on the development of a research program centered around climate resiliency and uncertainties due to the rising sea levels in northwestern Europe.
