Brook McIlroy announces the opening of the newest of Marriott’s Delta Hotels in Thunder Bay in the heart of the new Prince Arthur’s Landing waterfront redevelopment. The eight-storey hotel is the city’s first – and only – four-star hotel, providing contemporary accommodations for business travellers and tourists alike. The opening of the hotel brings the City of Thunder Bay another step further in realizing an active waterfront.
The hotel is located in the heart of the waterfront redevelopment, an award-winning destination that provides seasonal programming and year-round spectacular views. Guests will be mere steps from the Marina, the skating rink and splash pad at the Water Garden Pavilion, the soon to be completed Market Square and Thunder Bay Art Gallery, and celebrated art and cultural features like the Spirit Garden.
